We have the expertise of many large Birmingham
firms but consider that we have the approachability, access and lower costs
associated with a South Midlands Cathedral City location.
Our practice was founded 130 years ago in Malvern. The Worcester
Office was opened in 1926 when Charles Whatley was appointed
Under-Sheriff for the County of Worcester, a post that Andrew Duncan
still holds to this day.
We have a large private client base and, to assist such clients,
two Solicitors of the firm are members of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and one is a member of Resolution, formerly
the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA), and the Law Society
Children's and Family Law Panels.
We also define ourselves as a niche commercial practice looking
after the needs of many companies and businesses in the South West
Midlands. Our particular specialisation is in assisting with
business recoveries and individual insolvencies. Nigel
Horner is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and for this work
the firm continues to receive recognition in “The Legal 500”. |
