Our Commercial Department
consists of Nigel Horner and Doug Wotherspoon who advise on a wide
variety of commercial and corporate matters for sole traders,
partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited
companies.
We advise on starting-up businesses, company formations,
commercial agreements - sales and purchases of shares and
assets, agency and distribution agreements and licensing and
franchise agreements, on security documentation and personal
guarantees given by directors and on conditions of sale and
purchase.
We are experienced in the purchase and sale of commercial
property and the preparation and negotiation of Leases.For further
