Three
of our partners, Nigel Horner, Richard Musgrave and Doug Wotherspoon have considerable knowledge of insolvency
and business recovery matters, Nigel
Horner being a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
We specialise in advising Insolvency Practitioners who have been
appointed Liquidators, Administrators, Receivers, Trustees in
Bankruptcy or Supervisors of individual voluntary arrangements
or company voluntary arrangements. We aim to give a rapid
response to their queries, which following their appointment, are often urgent.
We have also built up expertise in connection with
assisting bankrupts in applying for annulment orders and with
defending directors under the Directors Disqualification Act
1986, and proceedings arising there from.
