About Us
History
Our practice was founded 130 years ago in Malvern. The Worcester Office was opened in 1926 when Charles Whatley was appointed Under-Sheriff for the County of Worcestershire, a post that Andrew Duncan still holds to this day.
Private Clients
We have a large private client base and, to assist such clients, two Solicitors of the firm are members of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and one is a member of Resolution, and the Solicitors Regulation Authority Family Law Panel.
Company & Commercial Clients
We also define ourselves as a niche commercial practice looking after the needs of many companies and businesses in the South West Midlands. Our particular specialisation is in assisting with business recoveries and individual insolvencies. Nigel Horner is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
