DUNCAN

Richard
MUSGRAVE
While continuing to be active in the Civil Courts, Richard advises the firm’s business clients on employment matters with the emphasis on avoiding claims.
Career: Gained LLB at Bristol University and qualified in 1978. After training and working as Assistant undertaking commercial litigation in Grays Inn, he joined Whatley Weston & Fox in 1982 and became a partner in 1983. He has extensive experience in litigation in the High Court including the Specialist Lists as well as in the County Court. He is a Deputy District Judge and sits regularly at County Courts within the Birmingham area.
