Our Commercial Department is run by Nigel Horner and Tim Williams, who advise on a wide variety of commercial and corporate matters for limited companies, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and sole traders.
We advise on starting up businesses, company formations, commercial agreements to include sales and purchases of shares and assets, agency and distribution agreements, licensing and franchise agreements and on all security documentation and personal guarantees given by Directors and on conditions of sale and purchase.
