Andrew Duncan leads the Department and has more than 30 years of conveyancing experience to draw on. He is assisted by both qualified staff and experienced legal support staff. His guiding principle is to provide stress free property transfers with personal attention and prompt action.
We prefer to see clients to take them through the intricacies of property law and the many peripheral matters that can so often delay or frustrate a conveyancing transaction. Whilst we do not claim to have found a solution to the problems of "conveyancing chains" we will do everything possible to make both your sale and, perhaps more importantly, the purchase of your new home a pleasurable experience.
The firm has recently been accredited to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme which is a new Law Society standard for residential Conveyancing.
