Tim Williams advises investors, owner/occupiers, developers, lenders and financiers on all types of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, lettings, developments, joint ventures, financings, and business mergers and acquisitions.
Education: LLB, LLM University of Liverpool
Career: Tim trained in the City at Berwin Leighton Paisner before joining Allen & Overy LLP as an Associate. Prior to joining Whatley Weston & Fox Tim was a Director in the Real Estate Finance Team of the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
